Regular Price Purchases: Eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

10-15% Off with a Discount: Eligible for exchange or store credit (non-refundable).

Regular Price Purchases up to 15% Off: Eligible for exchange or store credit (non-refundable).

Returning an Item:

You are responsible for covering shipping expenses to our location in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the item and will be restored to your original form of payment.
